What types of press-on nails do you offer?
Nail-ism provides a diverse collection of press-on nails from Y2K, coquette, to futuristic. Our nails are all handmade with attention to detail, ensuring a good experience for our customers. It is also reusable, so you can wear it multiple times.
How do I apply press-on nails?
Each nail set comes with a nail kit which includes:
- 1 x Nail File
- 1 x Cuticle Stick
- 1 x Nail Glue (2g)
- 1 x Adhesive Tabs Sheet
- 2 x Alcohol Wipe

How do I know what my size is?
Please refer to our Sizing Guide to choose the best size for you.
Why do my nails not fit even when I correctly measure it?
You may have a flat nail bed.
To fix this, you can press your nails against the outside surface of a cup filled with warm water to flatten it out.
Alternatively, you can dunk your press-ons in warm water, then press them against a flat surface to make a better fit.
What is the processing time for orders?
All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. This ensures that your order is shipped promptly and efficiently.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Nail-ism does not offer international shipping. We focus on providing our products within Australia to ensure quality service and timely delivery.
What are your shipping rates and delivery estimates?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Standard shipping is offered for $8, estimated 2 - 8 business days to deliver.
Expedited shipping is offered for $12.50, estimated 1 - 4 business days to deliver.
All orders over $100 will receive free standard shipping.
All orders over $150 will receive free expedited shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey and estimated delivery time.
Can I return or exchange my press-on nails?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our products. All sales are final. We recommend measuring your nails carefully before placing an order to ensure the best fit.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us by email at admin@nail-ism.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you by providing a resolution, such as a replacement or refund. To report an issue, include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging in your email.
All returned items must be in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging and all additional items included.
